We would love the opportunity to make it right. Please contact us with in two weeks of your service to give us the opportunity to correct your issues you may be having. Anything after the 2 weeks will not be considered a redo. Please note that fashion colors and vivids tend to fade quickly and will not be considered for redos. Your stylist will consult you on ways to prolong your color. If you have purchased a product and you don't like it or it doesn't work for your hair or skin, we will be happy to refund or exchange your product. Returns are valid up to 60 days from purchase date. Clothing purchases maybe returned up to 30 days from purchase date. We do not refund or return on finals sales (50% off), hats, jewelry, hair accessories, food or worn items. We appreciate your business.
