I’ve been in the beauty industry for over 21 years, and since I was a little girl, I’ve always loved making people feel beautiful, seen, and valued. I’m a natural-born cheerleader, and my mission has always been to create a space where people feel happy, confident, and proud of who they are.

Pin-Up Curls is more than a salon—it’s an experience, a family, and a brand, and I’ve been lucky enough to shape its vision from the ground up. My role goes far beyond leadership; I’m the creative force behind our brand, marketing, and boutique, and I coach my leadership team to ensure our salon continues to grow and thrive.

One of my core values is FUN—I believe in always keeping a childlike spirit, being creative, playing, laughing, and believing that anything is possible. That’s what I try to convey to my team and our guests every single day. There’s nothing better than walking into the salon and hearing laughter, chatter, and seeing familiar faces.

Hands down, the team. They inspire me, challenge me, and keep me young. I love watching them grow, support one another, and care so deeply for their guests. They make me so proud to be part of their lives, and coaching our leaders to help them succeed is one of my greatest joys.
