What if I can't find an appointment using the online booking feature?
Please give us a call, email or text. Sometimes we can see appointment availabilities that the technology can not see. We are always more than happy to help you schedule an appointment.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

As of Feb 1, 2024, a 50% charge of the service fee will be applied for cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment. In the case of a no-show, a 100% charge of the service fee will be incurred.
What if I'm running late for my appointment?

Please give us a call or text to let us know you are running late. Being 15 minutes late or more may require us to limit what we can offer you for your service or we may need to reschedule your appointment for another day. Please note that if we do have to reschedule, there will be a late cancellation fee of 50% of the service fee.
Tell me about your loyalty program.

We appreciate your business and as a thank you to you, we have a treat program. You are awarded points for every dollar you spend with us, referring friends and family and also by leaving us a review. As you earn points, free services and products become available for you to earn. You can track your points by downloading our Pin-Up Curls app on google play or the apple store.

Can I bring my kids to my appointment.
While we are very family friendly, our salon can be a dangerous environment for children. We have very hot tools and sharp items around the salon and we would hate for anyone to get hurt. Most importantly, we want to offer a relaxing experience to all of guests in including you. Your time at the salon should be your time to relax and treat yourself. We kindly ask you to not bring children to your appointments if possible.
Service Fee
Effective August 5, 2024, a 3.5% service fee will be added to all services to help maintain our high-quality standards. This fee will continue to provide you with the luxury experience you deserve despite the rising industry costs.
