Why I Love What I Do

I’ve been in the beauty industry for seven years, spending five of those as an assistant manager before finding my home at Pin-Up Curls. Working with people has always been my passion—I love getting to know guests, hearing their stories, and building connections beyond just hair and skincare.

One of the most touching moments in my career was helping a guest get ready for her husband’s funeral. She came in with her sister, and I was able to take one small task off her plate and help her feel beautiful on such a difficult day. Moments like these remind me why I love what I do—because making people feel cared for is what it’s all about.
